Responsibilities
- Provides, delegates, supervises and documents care and teaching of patients and family.
- Communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
- Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Requirements

- Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
