Registered Nurse - 4T Surgery, First Shift, 7:00AM-7:30PM to include every other weekend [Req. PM3721]

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation, and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols, and Standards of Care.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Serve as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.
• Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
