Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future).
• Work‑from‑home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Treatment planning.
• Comfortable utilizing technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal communication tools).
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.

Benefits

• 100% remote work from home.
• W2, full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule (no weekends).
• Shift options: 10 am‑7 pm Eastern or 11 am‑8 pm Eastern.

Pay

Compensation range: $55.1K – $57K
