About the Role

Kettering Health is seeking a PRN EEG Technologist to support multiple facilities in the Kettering network. This role involves varied shifts, including possible on-call and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Trans Cranial Doppler and EMU monitoring
• Handle administrative duties associated with running the lab
• Maintain equipment and perform minor lab maintenance
• Edit and clip EEG studies (pruning) and maintain patient records
• Provide EEG and EMU call coverage at multiple facilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of EEG training (informal training acceptable, but must be eligible for registration immediately; unregistered candidates have 1 year to complete registration from date of hire)
• ABRET registration in EEG (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of EEG experience
