Madison Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Dietitian with hospital setting experience to support the organization's mission of providing quality healthcare close to home.
Responsibilities
- Nutrition assessments
- Menu review
- Clinical dietary duties
- Diabetes education classes
- Certified lifestyle coach
Requirements
- Completed an approved program in Dietetics and/or institutional management with clinical experience
- Passed registration examination
- Held current license in the State of South Dakota
- Kept continuing education hours current and in good standing
- Work Monday through Friday
- Position works in a clean, well-lighted area with long periods of standing and frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists
Qualifications
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding patient information
- Ability to relate professionally and positively with patients, families, and other employees
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, and computer knowledge
- Able to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations
