Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health, recovery, and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.
• Manage nutrition support for tube feeding, dialysis, wound healing, weight management, and other specialized nutrition needs.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitians (RDN) or LD
• RD2Be / RD Eligible candidates
• Graduating Dietetic Interns – No experience required
• Entry-level candidates passionate about clinical nutrition and patient care
• Experienced Registered Dietitians seeking career advancement
• Strong communicators who enjoy working in a collaborative healthcare environment
