What You’ll Do
- C Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- B Provide nutrition education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
- C Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- D Collaborate with Registered Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- E Support patients with a variety of nutrition-related needs across healthcare settings.
- F Utilize evidence-based nutrition practices to improve patient outcomes.
- G Help transform lives through the power of Food as Medicine.
