About the role

This position is responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans based on patient/client needs.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide dietary recommendations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide group and one-on-one nutrition education sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and trends.

Requirements

• A registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) license.
• Experience in clinical or community settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
• Knowledge of nutrition science and public health principles.

Skills
