Registered Dietitian (Commission Only)

About the role

The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Registered Dietitian - Corporate in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting health improvements through personalized nutrition and wellness coaching.
• Facilitate behavior change in the areas of nutrition and proper eating, maximize engagement and align outcomes with the Client's overall program objectives.
• Afford customer satisfaction in relation to service delivery and program content.
• Deliver nutrition counseling sessions with participants focusing on weight loss or weight gain, weight maintenance, general healthy eating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected through counseling service delivery and health promotion activities.
• Promote and market the wellness program effectively to target populations, increasing participation in programming.
• Collect and evaluate program data and generate outcome-focused management reports based on the identified business plan goals and objectives.
• Facilitate ongoing meetings for group weight loss support programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition.
• Licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of Arkansas.
• 1+ years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion programs, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is commission based. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
