Registered Dietitian

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Montebello, CA for 24 hours per week. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay. Long-term care experience preferred.

About the Role

Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate tube feedings (TF)
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Dietetic licensure
• Positive attitude
• Client-centered approach
• Good communication skills

Schedule

24 hours per week
