Registered Dietitian

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Dietitian, responsible for assessing and managing the nutritional needs of participants in a comprehensive care program for seniors. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting initial and periodic nutritional assessments for participants.Developing and revising individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.Providing nutrition counseling, education, and therapy to participants, families, and caregivers.Monitoring health indicators such as weight, hydration, and dietary intake, and reporting changes to the team.Facilitating nutrition-related interventions like meal services and supplements.Incorporating cultural and ethnic preferences into care plans.Participating in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.Supporting other duties related to food service supervision and infection control protocols. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, or dietetics from an accredited institution.Successful completion of the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam.At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly; clinical nutrition experience preferred.Serve Safe Certification is a plus.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date immunizations.Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols.
