Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Flint, MI for 20-24 hours per week. A hybrid coverage model may be considered. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

About the role

Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate tube feedings (TF)
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Dietetic licensure
• Positive, client-centered attitude
• Good communication skills

Schedule

20-24 hours per week, flexible schedule.

Pay
