Registered Dietician (RD) for Home Health

About the role

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Redondo Beach and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages
• Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas
• Determine the plan of care based on the patient's response to treatment and changes in condition
• Use our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition
• Document using our Electronic Medical Record system, which is intuitive and makes documentation easy
• Take as much time off as you want
• Work with all ages and have a smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program
• California Registered Dietician license to practice
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!
