Pay

Up to $90,000/year, based on licensure and experience.

Full-Time, 1st Shift. Onsite interview at the facility.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license required
• 2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility, OR 1+ year of experience as a consulting Registered Dietitian for one or more long-term care facilities

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents
• Develop individualized dietary plans of care
• Partner with residents and families in developing and reviewing care plans
• Ensure dietary staff are aware of and follow resident care plans
• Identify special dietary equipment and nutritional needs
• Review resident charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy
