Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - PRN

About the role

Newberry County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, PRN.

Responsibilities

• Performs Ultrasound imaging and procedures
• Checks orders/requisitions prior to performing the imaging study/procedure
• Provides accurate computer documentation
• Makes sure procedures are monitored for timely interpretation by physicians

Requirements

• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCQRSA) license required
• Must be registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
• Vascular Experience (RVT)/ CCI (RVS) preferred
• Echo (RDCS/CCI (ACS) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
