About the role
PCHC’s Dental Center is seeking a dynamic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and welcoming team. You will work alongside exceptional providers, utilize state-of-the-art technology, and contribute to delivering high-quality oral health care in one of the best federally reviewed dental programs in the country.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive oral health care services to patients
- Perform routine dental hygiene procedures
- Use digital x-rays and electronic dental records (Dentrix)
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygiene Degree
- Valid State of Maine Dental Hygiene License
- Registration with the Maine Board of Dental Examiners
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)

Schedule
- Part-time: 25-34 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45am–5:00pm
- Fridays & Weekends OFF
Pay
Starting pay is now $45 per hour, with potential for hourly rate increases based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule
You’ll work part-time, 25-34 hours a week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:45am to 5:00pm. Flexibility in schedule and hours is available.
