Registered Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Delivering clinical services such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general supervision of a dentist.
• Providing patient education on oral hygiene and guiding patients and parents through treatment processes.
• Assessing dental conditions, reviewing medical histories, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
• Assisting with charting, taking x-rays, and offering excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on assessment.
