About the role

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

You'll work with:

• Dentrix Ascend
• AI-assisted X-rays
• iTero Lumina scanners
• Digital radiography intraoral cameras in every room
• Soft Tissue Lasers (certification training available if you don't have it yet)

Schedule

Clinic hours are 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.

• Appointment lengths:
  • New Patient or Recall: 60 minutes
  • Default SRP: 60 minutes per 2 quadrants
• Patients per day: 7-8 (scheduled for thorough care, not volume)

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing
• Ability to administer local anesthesia
• New graduates are welcome (paired with an experienced hygienist to build speed and confidence)

Pay

$63-$65/hour, among the highest hygiene rates in the Wisconsin area

• $5,000 signing bonus
• Uncapped monthly bonus (Production + # of Procedures)
