About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join our dynamic team at Brident, a professional and friendly dental practice. Our office operates like a group practice, offering a variety of services including general dentistry and specialties such as orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery.
Responsibilities
- Perform all RDA functions
- Operate dental equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Handle patient records and billing
- Ensure sterilization and safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements
- Current RDA dental license in CA, AZ, NV, or TX
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- X-Ray license
- CPR certification
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, or oral surgery is a plus
