About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join our dynamic team at Brident, a professional and friendly dental practice. Our office operates like a group practice, offering a variety of services including general dentistry and specialties such as orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform all RDA functions including patient care, preparation, and support during dental procedures.
• Operate and maintain dental equipment and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current RDA dental license in CA, AZ, NV, or TX.
• High School Diploma.
• X-Ray license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as an RDA.
• Computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
