About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join our dynamic team at Brident, a professional and friendly dental practice. Our office environment is modern and operates like a group practice, offering a variety of services including general dentistry and specialties such as orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
• Administer local anesthesia
• Administer medications as directed by dentists
• Perform routine dental procedures under supervision
• Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Operate dental equipment and x-ray machines
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Current RDA dental license in CA, AZ, NV, or TX
• High School Diploma
• X-Ray license
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as an RDA
• Computer literacy

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and/or oral surgery is preferred
