Proudly supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, Perio Central is seeking a Registered Dental-Surgical Assistant (RDA) to join their team in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Absorb and prepare rooms and instruments with care and consistency
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Offer calming words to nervous patients and educate them on post-op care and oral health maintenance
• Ensure the day flows smoothly with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Perform blood draws as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
• 1+ years of Surgical RDA experience, including implants, extractions, grafting, periodontal procedures, sterile techniques, and surgical instrumentation
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
• Highly organized and attentive to patients' needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
• Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
• Endodontic experience a plus, but not required
• Experience with PRP/PRF and blood draws preferred
• DAANCE, PALS, or ACLS Certification preferred

Pay

$25.34-$28.64+ per hour
