Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Choice Health Care Services is the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children in local communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists the doctor in procedures
• Operates x-ray equipment and takes x-rays
• Prophy teeth
• Instructs patients on oral hygiene
• Chart and treatment plan with doctor
• Sterilizes instruments
• Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment
• Takes IO's
• Charting Sealants, if applicable

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • California Registered Dental Assistant License
  • X-Ray Certification
  • Coronal Polish Certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Sealant Certification, preferred

Pay

Pay per hour: $21.00 to $28.00

Hours vary based on department and shift requirements.
