This position will support and follow the provider at both general dental clinics.
Responsibilities
- Taking x-rays
- Prepping rooms
- Providing a calm presence to patients
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA
- Radiology certification and CPR certification
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Highly organized and attentive to patients' needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; must be able to explain procedures and educate patients
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
Schedule
Tuesday–Friday with ability to flex to Monday–Friday
Pay
$21–$25.34 per hour
