Registered Dental Assistant

Looking for a stable, high-quality practice where you can grow your skills and be part of a strong team? Lesan Family Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our well-established, high-producing office.

Responsibilities

• Aid the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take digital radiographs and impressions
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patient comfort and provide chairside education
• Maintain organized trays and instruments for procedures
• Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently

Requirements

• Active RDA license in North Carolina
• X-ray Certification
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
