Responsibilities
- Plan regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff
- Routinely visit and counsel patients with nutritional needs
- Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs
- Assist with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan
Requirements
- Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Rehabilitation experience a plus
