Responsibilities
- Routinely visiting patients to plan and modify diets as prescribed by Medical Staff.
- Counseling patients with nutritional needs.
- Participating in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
- Aiding in the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
Requirements
- Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Rehabilitation experiences are a plus.
