Responsibilities

• Routinely visit patients to plan and modify diets as prescribed by the Medical Staff.
• Counsel patients with nutritional needs.
• Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assist in maintaining the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

Requirements

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed to practice Dietetics in the state where the facility resides.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experiences are a plus.
