Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to clients with diverse financial needs and backgrounds.
  • Support clients with common service needs, including distributions, contributions, account maintenance, and documentation.
  • Aid with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), including setup, processing, and client education.
  • Process money movement requests accurately and efficiently, including ACHs, wires, checks, and journal transfers.
  • Support trading, rebalancing, and transaction management in coordination with advisors and centralized trading teams.
  • Ensure all transactions meet firm policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk controls.
  • Maintain accurate transaction status and follow through to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors, planners, and fellow team members across investment management and financial planning.
  • Manage workflows, priorities, and deadlines for a growing and specialized team.
  • Aid in preparation for client meetings and ongoing service follow-ups.
  • Support financial planning and education by providing basic education and assistance around financial planning concepts.
  • Help gather and organize client information to support planning and analysis.
  • Adapt communication style to meet the needs of different clients, from simple service requests to more complex planning conversations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
  • Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
  • State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
  • Experience working in a client service environment.
  • Detail-oriented, strong math, and analytical skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to independently work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Process oriented and can work with a team.
  • Strong computer and software skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
  • Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
