About the role
Steady Strides ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
- Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
- Engage positively with clients and their families
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism under pressure
- Active listening and problem-solving skills

Monday–Friday & Weekends, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
