About the role

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. We are a parent-founded and clinician-led ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and document data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
  • Abide by the BACB’s code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
  • Continue with professional development.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
  • Part-Time Role #1: Monday to Friday 2:30 – 6:30 PM and weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM preferred or flexible)
  • Part-Time Role #2: Monday to Friday 3:00 to 7:30 PM and weekends (10:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Saturday and Sunday preferred or flexible)
  • Part-Time Role #3: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to noon and weekends if interested
  • Part-Time Role #4: Monday and Wednesday 8:30-2:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 1-6 PM
