Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills (including potty training)
• Follow treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Partner with families to support progress at home
• Track data and celebrate every milestone
• Maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
• Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children
• Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem. We cover your 40-hour RBT training + exam
• Competitive pay + regular raises (first 2.5 years)

• Starting at $18/hour + raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years)
