Registered Behavior Technician – School Setting

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with children

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Complete accurate documentation of the delivery of ABA services
• Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
• Implement students’ Behavior Intervention Plans
• District will provide a BCBA for supervision

Pay

$27.05 – $29.15 per hour (compensation depends on qualifications and experience).
