Registered Behavior Technician (s) - Extended Deadline

Middletown Township Public Schools is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the 2026–2027 school year (8/27/2026 – 6/30/2027).

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, including maintaining annual renewal and registration with BACB
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field preferred
• CPI trained or willingness to obtain training

Requirements

• Commitment to ongoing training and development in clinical skills, ethics, technology, and job-specific training
• Knowledge of autism, behavioral disabilities, and developmental disabilities
• Ability to establish supportive and compassionate relationships with students with special needs
• Effective problem-solving, communication, organization, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in software applications (e.g., Word, Excel) used for progress documentation

Pay

Salary range: $39,000 – $47,000 for a 10-month year.
