Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Statesville, NC - Mon/Wed/Fri mornings/afternoons/evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an in‑home case open in Statesville, NC. A BCBA is already assigned to the case and covers the region. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in the family’s home under the supervision of that BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 97153 direct therapy according to the client’s treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the assigned BCBA.
• Receive the plan, introduction, and family care manager support before starting.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in supportive supervision: competency assessments, observation, and feedback from the BCBA.
• Attend training and required meetings (non‑billable time) and engage in other paid non‑billable activities.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings).
• Comfort working in a family’s home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Pay

$23 per hour for direct (billable) therapy.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday shifts – mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. Exact days, times, and neighborhood will be reviewed with the placement team at interview before you commit.
