About the role

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who thrives in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment. As an RBT, you will deliver high‑quality ABA therapy to children with autism and work closely with a BCBA supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in‑home and community‑based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear level‑two background check and verifiable references.

Work Location

Gatesville, GA (relocation required).
