Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part Time - Evenings

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. This part-time role primarily operates in-home and in community settings, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Evening shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans using ABA strategies such as discrete trial training, prompting/fading, reinforcement, shaping, chaining, and social skills instruction
• Collect and record data accurately
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment
• Maintain RBT certification and supervision logs
• Ensure client and staff safety and follow all protocols

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred
• Two or more years of ABA therapy experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) required

Evening shifts only
Monday – Friday (some weekend availability may be required)
