Registered Behavior Technician (RBT or BT)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.

Qualifications

• Positive, patient, and creative individuals.
• A heart full of empathy and dedication.
• A passion for helping children shine!
• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
