As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children
- Support development of communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills
- Work closely with families and supervising BCBA
- Celebrate and track client progress
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Part-time positions available, primarily after-school hours.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour.
