About the role
Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans in home settings
- Address behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills
- Work collaboratively with BCBA clinicians and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
