Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Oklahoma City, OK - Mon–Fri evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Oklahoma City seeking an RBT. You will deliver direct therapy (97153) to a treatment plan written by an assigned BCBA, work in the family's home, receive support from a dedicated care manager, and have flexibility with evening hours Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per client's treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Receive competency assessments, observation, and supportive feedback from the assigned BCBA.
• Participate in paid non‑billable training and required meetings.
• Maintain active engagement throughout each therapy session.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB (current on your start date).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Skills

• Passion for supporting children with autism and their families.
• Proactive communication with the BCBA when observations arise.
• Consistency and reliability in attendance.
• Ability to read and follow treatment plans before each session.

• $23 per hour for direct therapy (billable).

Schedule

Evening shifts Monday through Friday in Oklahoma City; exact days, times, and neighborhood will be discussed at interview before any commitment.
