Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Home/Late afternoon Evenings

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated on how their child is doing.
- Conduct sessions in clients' homes, working independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area (Arizona City and surrounding areas).
- Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
- ABA experience is a plus.
