Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Honolulu, HI - Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an open in‑home case in Honolulu for an RBT. A BCBA is already assigned to the case and covers the region. You will deliver direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA, with support from the BCBA and the family’s care manager. The organization matches RBTs to cases based on clinical need and schedule fit, and is transparent about location and expectations before you commit.

Responsibilities

• Provide 97153 direct therapy services to clients based on their treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Follow the BCBA‑supervised plan and communicate any concerns to the assigned BCBA.
• Receive supportive supervision, including competency assessments, observation, and usable feedback from your Step Ahead BCBA.
• Maintain active engagement during sessions and work comfortably in a family’s home.
