Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Home-Based - Dayton and Surrounding Areas

About the role

A home-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct service to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and support families in their home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral interventions based on assessment data and treatment plans
• Support families in implementing behavior intervention strategies at home
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors and clients regularly
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification as an RBT

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to pass a background check
