What You'll Do
You'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.
Who We're Looking For
- Individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children
- A high school diploma or GED
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
