Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Ewa Beach, HI - Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Ewa Beach seeking an RBT to deliver 97153 direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan created by the assigned BCBA. You'll work in the family's home with support from a BCBA and a dedicated care manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the client's treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Receive competency assessments, observation, and feedback from the assigned BCBA.
• Communicate with the BCBA when something looks off instead of waiting for supervision day.
• Show up consistently and remain active and engaged during sessions.
• Treat the family's home with respect and follow the family's routines.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB (current on your start date).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience (preferred).
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
