About the role
Provide behavioral support services in a school setting to students with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Monitor student’s behavior and progress towards goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Document observations and interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
