About the role
A registered behavior technician (RBT) is needed to provide support in an evening hours Spanish speaking setting. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing behavioral interventions, and assisting in data collection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments using evidence-based practices
- Implement behavioral interventions based on assessment results
- Collect and record data accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or similar developmental disabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Spanish language proficiency required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
