About the role
A registered behavior technician (RBT) is needed to provide support in a residential setting. The role involves assisting with daily activities, implementing behavioral interventions, and documenting progress.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions
- Document progress and report to supervisors
- Assist with meal preparation and cleaning
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with special needs
