Provide support in a residential setting to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in daily living activities
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Document observations and progress reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First aid certification
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of positive behavioral supports
